AUF TOGO - NO CONTROL EP

AUF TOGO are the combination of Sasa Crnobrnja from IN FLAGRANTI (Kitsune, Phantasy, Gomma and many more...) and MYTRON & OFOFO (Multi-Culti, les Yeux Oranges...) and Clement Cachot-Coulom from The Fabulous Penetrators and Big Girls.

Their combined sound is one of vintage recording equipment and instruments, coupled with the tweaks and blends from the modern studio.

The duo presents a loose, almost improvised sound that works very well within the rigid confines of house music. Psychedelic echoey guitars clash with probing synth lines and livesounding rhythm sections and their heavy kicks and singing cowbells, their deep bass lines and spare guitar licks blur the line between rigid, quantised sounds and the duo’s refreshing human touch.

So far, they have had 3 successful releases on the UK-based label Leng, which have been very warmly received by fans and DJs alike.

Their new EP on SaS Recordings, NO CONTROL EP to be released on 12” vinyl and digital on the 06/07/2018, draws on their knowledge of the past and the current club scene, effortlessly gliding through deep, warm analogue sounds and tougher studio techniques. Clement's guitar work is reminiscent of a late 60’s West Coast scene and is laid over Sasa's strong bass lines and driving beats, giving the perfect mix of home listening fuzz and a late night dance floor.
