Recorded around the time of 1986’s Keyboard Fantasies, Beverly Glenn-Copeland’s ‘Light Of The Heavens’ was discovered among old tapes by publisher Jeff Waye. The track shares the electronic warmth and exploratory spirit of that much-loved album, offering another glimpse into Glenn-Copeland’s work from the period. An accompanying performance video was filmed on the Canadian Shield, where Glenn-Copeland lived for many years, and features choreography and dance by Susan McNaughton. A welcome archival find from a particularly fertile period in Glenn-Copeland’s career.
