Shipping & Returns
For all online orders we offer Click & Collect and Home Delivery.
Our Click & Collect service is free of charge. After placing your order, we will be in touch to say when it's ready to be collected. Once you receive this confirmation, you can collect anytime during our usual opening hours. These are: Wednesday-Sunday: 10am-5pm.
Our standard shipping for UK addresses is signed for 2nd Class Royal Mail. Your parcel is estimated to arrive 2-3 days from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email. If you would like an alternative shipping method, please contact us by email before placing your order and we can provide alternative shipping rates.
Shipping outside the UK is available on request. Please contact us by email stating the address you would like your order posted to and we will get back to you with a shipping quote and estimated arrival time.
Pre-order products will be shipped after their release date, at which point the standard shipping terms will apply. If you have ordered multiple items in one transaction, including one or more pre-orders, your items will be shipped together once all of them are available. The same applies for customer requests which include items not currently in stock. If you would like to receive your items in separate parcels as they become available, please get in contact and we can arrange individual and grouped deliveries at an additional cost.
Please bear in mind that our shipping times are an estimation and are subject to delays experienced by the Royal Mail and overseas couriers.
Lost Items: If you haven't received your items within 10 days of ordering, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your parcel is returned to us because you entered an incorrect address or failed to meet a condition of the postage, re-posting may incur additional charges.
Damages: Contact us by email within 2 days of receiving a damaged order and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) and any damage to the packaging in your email. Please keep the damaged item(s) and packaging until we have confirmed whether they will need to be returned to us.
Returns: Please note: returns of non-damaged items are based on the sellers discretion and only given in exceptional circumstances. If you would like to return an item you have purchased from us, please email email@example.com as soon as possible with your order details. If we agree to accept your return, the product must be returned to the shop premise in the same condition as it was sold, 14 days from when you received your order. Our returns address is: Dreamhouse Records, 177 Francis Road, London, E10 6NQ. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned and inspected for damage.
