Longtime friends Bibio and Dorian Concept join forces for Answers, building on more than a decade of friendship and recent collaborations. Developed largely between Wales and Austria, the album brings together Bibio’s folk, ambient and lo-fi sensibilities with Dorian Concept’s freewheeling keyboard work and electronic experimentation. The pair also created the accompanying artwork and videos, drawing on their shared interest in vintage cameras. The result finds two distinctive musicians working in an easy, complementary language.
