Felix Kubin and Bound By Endogamy first crossed paths in 2024, before reconnecting months later and discovering a shared musical language. What followed was a long-distance collaboration between Hamburg and Geneva, built from studio improvisations, back-and-forth edits and close exchange.
Initial recordings were made in Geneva at Shlomo’s studio, then reworked by Kubin into instrumental drafts. Bound By Endogamy added vocals, with both parties refining the material remotely until its final form emerged.
The resulting two-track release is stark and surreal. ‘Stück I’ circles a mechanical figure chasing perfection, while ‘Stück II’ delivers a warped hymn to pesticides and their distributors.
