Live Through This is Hole's hugely acclaimed second album. Released in 1994 during a tumultuous time (to say the least) in frontwoman Courtney Love’s life, the album deals with the dark side of fame, beauty, and social elitism. The grunge hardcore thrashings of their debut Pretty on the Inside were still present, but coated with a poppier sheen and with clearer, catchier song constructions. Includes the singles 'Violet', 'Jennifer's Body', and 'Doll Parts'.
