Low's fourth album, Secret Name, was produced by Steve Albini, whose natural recording style perfectly complements the band's understated sound. While retaining the beauty and raw emotion of their earlier work, the Minnesota trio began to introduce richer arrangements and subtle new colours, making Secret Name one of the defining records in their remarkable catalogue.
