Written, recorded and produced by New Order, Brotherhood was originally released via Factory Records in September 1986 and peaked at number 9 in the UK Albums Charts. Conceptually divided into two halves of ‘rock’ and ‘electronic’ sides, with one set of songs veering towards synths and the other offering a guitar-based scenario.
