Somewhere Soul joins Mr Bongo for the second volume of Rituals, gathering exclusive tracks from emerging and underground artists around the world. Curated by founder Josh Mason-Quinn, the compilation follows a 24-hour cycle, beginning with ambient folk, jazz and soul before moving through Brazilian MPB, psych, boogie, Afro-Latin rhythms and electronic music. Contributors include Naissam Jalal, Blue Lake, Joao Selva, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, Rachel Kitchlew, Peki Momes, Alexander Flood and Landing Eagles. It’s a celebration of human curation and music discovery beyond the algorithm.
